2. The Service

Commons Clipper provides short video clips from UK Parliament proceedings, delivered directly to subscribers by email.
Subscribers receive the product via email only — there is no login area or user account.

3. Subscription and Payment

Subscriptions are processed securely through Stripe Checkout.
Payment is taken in advance for each subscription period (monthly or annual, depending on your choice).
Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled.
You can cancel at any time via the link in your confirmation email or by contacting clips@commonsclipper.com
No refunds are provided for part-used periods, except where required by law

4. Delivery of Clips

Video clips are sent by email to the address you provide at checkout.
Delivery times may vary depending on parliamentary sitting schedules or availability of footage.
We aim to ensure timely and accurate delivery but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

5. Use of Material

Clips provided must be used in line with the Downloading and Sharing Terms and Conditions as set out on the UK Parliament website.

6. Liability

We will not be liable for:

Any indirect or consequential loss; or
Delays or interruptions beyond our control (including issues with Parliament TV feeds or email delivery services)

Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid for your most recent subscription period.
